WHY THE STUDIO EXISTS

Support should feel human, not overwhelming.

Menopause can bring a lot of questions, changes and uncertainty. The Studio has been created as somewhere you can take a breath, have a conversation and reconnect with yourself and others.

You might arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed or simply not feeling like yourself. The aim is that you leave having had space to breathe, a little more clarity and a greater sense of connection, confidence and possibility.
